Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, you may browse with a parent or guardian and they must place the order. You agree to give accurate details and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We try to show every piece accurately. Colours and shine can look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary a little. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Adding an item to your bag does not hold its price or stock. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete your order.

If a price or description has an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, and we will tell you by email.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed only after your payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because stock has run out, there is a pricing error, the details look wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, you are refunded in full.

Orders are for personal use. We may refuse or limit orders that look like resale or abuse of offers.

Payments are online only, through Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or supported wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not see or store your full card or UPI credentials. While you pay we hold your items for a short time. If your payment is confirmed after that time, the order cannot be completed and the payment is refunded automatically.

Coupons and offers have their own conditions, such as a minimum order value or a usage limit, shown when you apply them. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and is not reissued if an order is cancelled or refunded.

We deliver across India and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is ₹99, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

You can ask us to cancel an order until it is dispatched, as set out in our Cancellation Policy. Our position on returns and how refunds are paid is in our Returns and Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.

Imitation jewellery keeps its look longer with care. Keep pieces dry, away from perfume and chemicals, and store them in the pouch or an airtight box. Wear, water, sweat, perfume and storage conditions will affect the finish over time, and this normal wear is not a defect.

You agree not to misuse the website. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, using bots, placing false orders, abusing offers, posting unlawful or misleading content, or interfering with other people's use. We may suspend or close an account that does this.

If you post a review or rating, you give us a free, permanent right to display and use it. Reviews must be honest, lawful and about the product. We may remove a review that breaks these rules. Reviews can only be posted by customers who bought the product.

We send order and delivery updates by email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp. These are part of the service. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time. Marketing messages are sent only if you agree to them, and each one has a way to opt out.

The photographs, designs, text, logos and brand identity on this website belong to JewelBox by Annesha and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

The website and its content are provided as they are, and we do not promise they will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes, restrictions, payment network outages or courier disruption.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to approach the forum that applies to you. Please contact us first at hello@jewelboxbyannesha.com so we can try to resolve the matter.
